Last Updated: Saturday, January 12, 2008 Alaska Backpacking and Kayaking Trip July 6 – 17, 2004 Five scouts from the Troop teamed up with the Ventures from Crew 62 to backpack the Alaska Range in central Alaska and Sea Kayak near Valdez at Shoup Glacier. The trip was part of the Northern Lights High Adventure program of the Midnight Sun Council, BSA in Fairbanks, Alaska.
